What are you doing New Year's Eve?

The year still feels a bit new, and here at Aspen Roots Collective we are already planning the ways in which we want to mark the ending of this year and the beginning of the next: With Purpose in Patagonia!

Traveling to one of the more rugged areas of the world, this therapeutic adventure retreat will include opportunities to push yourself out of your comfort zone with adventure activities like flat water kayaking and hiking, cultural experiences such as service work and daily cross-cultural communication, therapeutic opportunities of group intention setting, processing, and mindfulness practices, and the exciting challenges of foreign travel. Simultaneously, you will be in the caring company of a small community of women, guided into periods of reflection highlighting self acceptance and love, provided nutritious meals and delicious Argententian cuisine, and supported by therapists whose goal it is to help you realize and hold the beauty of both your strength and your vulnerability.
