This backpacking retreat incorporates healthy stress of our bodies as we push to Andean ridgelines and breathtaking summits, discover what our bodies are capable of, and then rest into the pleasures of the region at a rustic lodge tucked into the mountains. What’s included:
three Zoom calls to prepare for our adventure and set a tone of adventuring with intention
a day hike to warm up
5-day backpacking trip (must be able to hike 6-8 hours with a 25 pound backpack over steep and uneven terrain)
Yoga and guided mindfulness
3 nights of post-backpacking eco-lodge accommodations with wood fired hot tub and sauna
