Anna and Sommerville incorporate their respective knowledge and expertise in Ayurvedic wellness principles, yoga, mindfulness/meditation, mental health, and nervous system regulation to provide a nurturing weekend for women seeking greater vitality in their daily life.
This year we are going virtual and inviting you to create your Re-Treat at home. We will join together for two yoga classes, two cooking classes, and five workshop sessions over the course of the three days!
